EMS Registration Deadline: Conference - October 16, 2023
TSA Hotel Block Reservation Deadline: (First come first served) After deadline rates will go up. October 16, 2023
Registration Fee: Students/Advisors/ - $100.00 each, Chaperones or Guests - $50 paid in advance to GA TSA. This conference is only open to affiliated chapters. Please pay affiliation before the Extended Day October 2, 2023 deadline. Once you have affiliated and paid, then National TSA will activate your roster and the EMS will allow you to register for the conference. (Always allow at least two hours for the update to process). FLC Registration deadline is October 16, 2023.
Our annual Fall Leadership Conference is designed to provide Georgia TSA members and advisors the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, communication, and team building skills by attending hands-on workshops, seminars and general sessions. This conference also provides for chapter members and advisors to gain knowledge and skills in relation to our competitive events Program by attending hands on workshops, seminars, and sessions during our Technical Sessions. The Statesman Award Test is included in conference registration. In addition, we have seven signature events on site, a VEX State Qualifier Tournament, a VEX IQ Tournament, a Georgia TSA Electric Vehicle Rally for two battery classes, our Sandcastle Construction Challenge, The Island Video Contest and of course FLC wouldn’t be complete without our iconic Armada Cardboard Boat Race.
Our schedule gives robotic competitors a chance to participate in the Leadership and Technical Sessions too, without interfering with the scheduled tournaments. Please encourage your robotic students to take advantage of the session we have provided on Saturday for them. Registration will be posted as soon as the planning is complete.

The 2023 GA TSA Fall Leadership Conference will be held at the Jekyll Island Conference Center and the headquarters hotel is the Villas by the Sea. Plan to be there on November 10-12, 2023.
