State Leadership Conference

Be sure to keep scrolling down to view all of the important conference information.

About The Conference

Georgia TSA's annual culminating state conference of leadership development and competitive events provides our student members opportunities beyond the traditional classroom/laboratory setting which add to their increased knowledge and understanding of an ever- changing technical world. During our Competitive Events Program, GA TSA provides our members with an outlet to exhibit their knowledge and skills through our competitive events and earn awards.

With over 70 events, there is something for all of your chapter members in which to compete. All of the event information is available in your National TSA Advisor acccount in the Total TSA section.

All Conference Logistics and Information

Georgia TSA occasionally modifies competitive event rubrics and submission requirements to better align with the state conference schedule, facilities, and management system. While we strive to follow the National TSA Competitive Events Guidelines as closely as possible, some adjustments are necessary. These modifications typically occur for one of the following reasons:

  • Time constraints – Events are condensed into two competition days, requiring adjustments to fit the state conference schedule.
  • Facility limitations – Available space or setup may differ from national specifications, prompting format changes.
  • Event management compatibility – Georgia TSA’s myGATSA system differs from the national DLG platform, so submission procedures may vary.

All participants are responsible for reviewing and understanding the official Georgia TSA modifications prior to competition. Failure to follow these guidelines could result in rule violations, disqualifications, or unexpected scores. Please review the official modification and requirement document via the button below.
