State Leadership Conference

The Georgia TSA State Leadership Conference is the premier event of the year, bringing together members from across the state for competition, leadership, innovation, and celebration. Students have the opportunity to showcase their skills through a wide range of competitive events, connect with other TSA members, participate in leadership experiences, and represent their chapters on Georgia TSA’s biggest stage. SLC highlights the creativity, hard work, and technical talent of students while giving them a chance to apply what they have learned in meaningful, real-world ways. It is the ultimate Georgia TSA experience, where thousands of ideas come together and students leave inspired, challenged, and ready to lead.

Conference Logistics and Information

Forms To Submit

For every conference, chapters are required to submit specific information. Please fill out the forms below for each student and submit them to myGATSA prior to arriving at the conference.

It is the advisor's responsibility to ensure these forms are accurate and accessible. In an emergency situation, these forms potentially need to be shared with law and medical personnel.

The Advisor Contract and Advisor Emergency Contact Form only need to be submitted at the beginning of the season. Student Behavior Contract must be filled out for every student in attendance. Personal Liability and Media Release must be filled out by every person attending with your chapter including adults.

Georgia TSA will hold the annual SLC Electric Vehicle Rally at Road Atlanta on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.

Officer Candidate Preliminary Interviews will be held in Athens at the Hyatt Place Hotel on January 24, 2026. Applications are due by December 19, 2025.

GA TSA will broadcast general sessions online again this year. Details will be posted in the Registration Info Pack.

Chapters are responsible for registration fees based on online registration. Invoices are generated in myGATSA after the payment disclaimer is accepted.

These documents may be required for various events. Students can be disqualified or receive a violation if required documents are missing.
