Scholarships

Civil Engineering Scholarship &
Medical Engineering Scholarship

These two new scholarships will be awarded each year at the State Leadership Conference. The scholarships are sponsored by the EH Culpepper Foundation and the Charles Briscoe Foundation. Both scholarships will be for $500 and can be used for college or fees to attend Nationals. Applications for the scholarship will be reviewed by each foundation. Check back often for complete application.

Scholarship Policies and Qualifications:

• Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or above.
• Applicants must have applied to and be accepted by or already in attendance at a college or university in Georgia.
• Recipient must major in an Engineering Field.
• The GA TSA office handles funds in the following manner: $250.00 will be payable to the registrar of the post-secondary institution upon receipt of an official acceptance letter and prior to September 1. The remaining $250.00 will be sent upon receipt of documentation of a first semester/quarter cumulative grade average of 3.0 or above.
• Changes in schools, majors, and entry dates may result in the loss of scholarship funds if not submitted and approved by the Georgia TSA state office.
• The scholarship application will not be accepted without all requested documents.
• The completed scholarship application and all necessary documents should be mailed to: GA TSA, PO Box 27, Oakman, GA 30732
• Applicants will be interviewed at the Georgia TSA State Conference in Athens, GA.
