We would like to start off my announcing our February member of the month, Marlea Pridemore. She helped members who attended State Conference with their events and came to every workshop even though she wasn’t going to State Conference. We appreciate your determination in helping members and officers. Congratulations!

Riverdale TSA attended Forty-Eighth Annual State TSA Conference which was held at the Classic Center in Athens, Georgia, March 11-13, 2010. Middle and High school members showed their true talent as they created outstanding projects and showed off amazing leadership skills. Riverdale TSA worked extremely hard and we placed 3rd throughout the state as a chapter. Mr. Price also won a Tommy Pitchford Inspirational Teacher Award which honored his recognition as a teacher.

Our next competition is nationals. This year, nationals will be held in Baltimore, Maryland from June 28 – July 2. This is only for the members who attended State Conference. If you have any questions or concerns, please come by room T-425 and ask the officers or Mr. Price. Remember there are meetings every Wednesday at 3:30pm.
